The barrier was never identifying the load. You can name what you would put down right now. What holds it in place is a forecast about what happens to other people when you stop, and that forecast has never been checked against anything. This worksheet makes you write it down first: who actually pays, how badly, and for how long. Then it sends you back fourteen days later to record what actually happened. It does not tell you to say no to anything. It shows you the difference between the two numbers.
